Until Farewell...

Hey Bloggers!      

So, the headaches begin and the stress lingers. That means only one thing...the end of the semester that seems over but really isn't is in our future. I have been spending my nights home swamped with homework and projects while all my friends are going out on the weekends. I feel like I am hating everyone and everything, but I don't mean it personally. I will feel so much better knowing I am done with classes and I will be able to take advange of my winter break by actually getting to go the gym (maybe pick up a yoga class), spending time with my friends and getting that much needed sleep. Oh college, the things you do to us. I'm twenty-one and I don't seem like I am, time for relaxation. Those suggestions that I listed earlier in my blog about stress may come into play again

Here are some things that I need to try doing to relax, which everyone can benefit from:
1. Take a deep breathe...
2. Listen to music while doing homework...
3. Pull one night aside to go to dinner or a movie with friends...
4. Exercise, so you mentally and physically feel calm and energized.
5. Be ahead of the game and study ahead so you don't feel like you're cramming the night before.

Now, if only I could follow my own tips I'd be feeling stress-free. Only two more years to go...
 "Just remember...BE HAPPY...because the worst is almost over...for now." 



P.S: I Promise the next few post will be less about the negative and more about the postive.
        It's just been one of those weeks!

  1. For my winter break, I have to study study study for the Praxis 2 exam that I have scheduled for January 6. I am dreading it! I find that listening to classical music is a big help with homework! People think that I am crazy! It works!

  2. Yoga is my favorite!!! but i hear what you mean, you get so angry at everyone having time while you're at home slaving over paper after paper, project after project...but...its almost here! and it'll all pay off! good luck with these next few weeks! or week and a half!:)

  3. I really like your tips for staying chill during this maddness. I tend to forget about the simple things since my life is just on the go everyday. Listening to music is probably my favorite thing to do when I'm stressed.

  4. Working out! How I miss that too! During my summer break I went to the gym 5 days a week! I loved it. The semester is almost over, I cannot wait. Hopefully you get some relaxation time soon.
